Gateway Management is an official visa application center offering services to over 25 countries in Turkey.

Gateway Management is looking for people with the following qualifications to employ at its visa application center in Harbiye:

 

•    University / College graduate

•    Self-disciplined, well-ordered, and prone to teamwork

•    Strong written and verbal communication skills

•    Very good level in at least one of the following languages: Dutch, Bulgarian, or English

•    A strong approach to human affairs

•    Successful in time management

•    Preferably, experience in customer services

•    Preferably, residing at the European side of Istanbul

       

Work hours are on weekdays from 08:30-17:00

 

 JOB DESCRIPTION

 

•    Informing the customers on the phone and following up the appointment system

•    Responding to customer queries in a timely and complete manner

•    Working in cooperation with the consulate related to the department which he/she will be reporting to

•    Paying attention to customer satisfaction
